VIOLA LIQUOR

It is the "Savoyard" answer to limoncello. To be drunk strictly quickly at -4°.

Canavesana violet-flavoured sweet liqueur, 0.7 litres 25% vol.

Produced according to an ancient recipe reproduced and adapted to modern times, liqueurs were once produced through infusions of flowers.
The liqueur is sweet, dense, fragrant, voluptuous and provocative... like temptation!

VIOLA' LIQUORE MIGNON

It is the Savoy answer to limoncello, now in a miniature version, perfect for Christmas gifts or to bring a touch of elegance to dinner. To be enjoyed strictly cold at -4°C, this sweet liqueur with the flavour of Canavese violets enchants with its enveloping aroma and velvety consistency. Produced in a 0.2 litre format with 25% vol., it comes from an ancient recipe reproduced and adapted to modern times, recalling the tradition of flower infusions. Sweet, dense and fragrant, it is an authentic temptation for the palate, a refined experience to share or give as a gift on special occasions.

VIOLA VODKA

It is the elegant Savoy interpretation of vodka, a perfect synthesis between tradition and modernity. Masterfully distilled and enriched with the refined aroma of violet, this vodka stands out for its noble character and enveloping taste. It should be tasted strictly cold, at -4°C, to best enhance its delicate and persistent notes. Produced according to an ancient inspiration revisited in a contemporary key, it evokes the Piedmontese art of floral infusions. Intense but velvety, perfumed and persuasive, it is a hymn to sophisticated pleasure, ideal for those seeking a unique sensory experience, both neat and in the most exclusive cocktails.

LIQUORINO VIOLA'

Liqueur chocolate. A unique sensory experience that combines the richness of pure, high-quality dark chocolate with a refined heart of Violà liqueur, with a delicate Canavese violet aroma. Each bite releases a perfect balance between the intensity of the cocoa and the floral sweetness of the liqueur, creating a harmony of enveloping and persistent flavors. Perfect for those who love aromatic and sophisticated notes, ideal to enjoy on special occasions or to give as a gift to true connoisseurs.

LIQUORINO VIOLA'

Purple Gin is an Italian artisanal gin made from 100% Italian grain alcohol and osmotized and dynamized water, with an extremely low fixed residue of only 12 mg/l.

The aromatic heart is juniper, selected between Umbria and Tuscany to express a sweet and enveloping balsamic profile, carefully distilled in a traditional still.

What makes Gin Viola unique is the unmistakable aroma of violet and purple, the result of a secret recipe kept by the ancient Villa Desti factory, which envelops the palate with an elegant and persistent floral delicacy.

The fresh and bright citrus notes arise from the infusion of sweet Sicilian orange and mandarin, while elderflower and cardamom complete the profile with a soft floral roundness.

Finally, black pepper adds a fine spiciness that supports the structure and gives the gin a decisive finish, ideal even for more complex and demanding cocktails.

A generous presence of juniper gives Purple a distinctive character, with an intense balsamic soul that accompanies every sip.
